After the successful completion of training, you will be awarded with a diploma/ certificate. The training programs have been conceived, designed and developed in association with our partner organizations to groom you and make you job- ready. These training programs are conducted by skilled trainers who are experienced in sales, product knowledge, operations and business skills for sharing the various insights of on- ground job requirement.

The beginning of ITM:
ITM was founded in 1991, among the first private, non-aided business schools in India. It quickly expanded its footprint by establishing its Bengaluru campus in 1992, Chennai campus in 1993 and Warangal campus in 1994. ITM established several other Institutions like ITM Global Leadership Center (2002), ITM Institute for Hospitality & Management (2002), ITM Institute for Financial Markets (2003), ITM Institute of Health Sciences (2008). We are also one of the largest Executive Education providers, with over 17 locations like Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Pune, Chennai and Hyderabad.

In 2009, ITM ventured into Engineering education with acquisition of engineering colleges in Visakhapatnam (AP) & Nagpur (MH). In 2010, Schools of Fashion, Hotel Management and more B- Schools were launched.

We have also launched Bank Sales Academies in association with various leading banks in Raipur, Warangal, Greater Noida, Vadodara & Bengaluru. ITM University was launched in Raipur in 2012 and in 2014 ITM launched India’s first truly Vocational University in Vadodara in 2014. We also have associations with renowned universities across the world, like Queen Margaret Univ. (UK), Southern New Hampshire Univ. (USA), Birmingham City Univ. (UK) and many more.

ITM Skill Academy (ISA) is an initiative of ITM Group of Institutions that provides end-to-end solution to its partner organizations from talent acquisition to training and delivering a trained professional. ITM leverages its 22 years of experience in targeted acquisitions of sourcing Manpower to create a pipeline of candidates through multiple channels such as colleges, NGOs, Employment exchanges, BPOs, Career Guide, BTL, ATL, Web-based marketing etc. The talent identification and acquisition strategy is determined by understanding the specific requirements and business culture of our partner. Also, the applicants are sourced and trained in collaboration with the Partner Organization.

Few Milestones of ITM Skills Academy:
● Launched in Raipur in 2012
● Successfully running ICICI Bank Sales Academy at 4 ITM campuses since 2012 and have trained 13000+ Sales officers till date.
● Launched Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. Academy for Retail Sales at Vadodara, Greater Noida and Bangalore in July 2013 and have trained 800+ Assistant Acquisition Managers and Service Officers.
● Launched ING Academy for Banking Sales in Sep 2014 and have trained 800+ Business Development Executive.
● Launched ITM – ABFS Academy for Retail Sales at Raipur in Dec 2014 for Agency Manager Training.
