Roles and Responsibilities:

-To assist and participate in planning, organizing, implementing class room teaching.

-Develop course curriculum, course handouts, lectures and presentations.

-Schedule, supervise, debrief and evaluate students in internship, observation, field experience, and similar settings as appropriate for the course or program.

-Facilitate student learning, provide effective instruction and perform evaluations of student learning for all assigned classes, using each course's standard course outline as a guide.

-Evaluate the performance of the students and provide feedback at the regular interval.

-Faculty members are expected to update their knowledge by attending seminar/ workshops/ conferences, after obtaining necessary permission from Principal/ Management.

-Implementing Teaching strategies and methodology most appropriate to bring about the best learning possible.

-Help students identify and achieve their educational goals through participating in the college events organized internally and externally as well as providing incidental academic advice to students.

-Conduct events and activities as and when required.

-Conceptualize, assesses plans and conduct research and evaluation activity.

-Conduct individual group conferences and counseling annually.
