Roles and Responsibilities

• The person is expected to create and deliver training programs primarily for English and Behavioral domain for Hotel Management students based on few inputs, identifying and adding necessary content on their own, under minimum supervision.
• Creating lesson reports and diagnostic reports.
• Creating lesson material and lesson plan
• Provide each student with a course syllabus that includes course objectives that are stated in terms of student learning outcomes, learning activities to achieve those objectives, method of evaluation
• Provide learning activities that stimulate student involvement, encourage reflection and critical thinking, and take into consideration different learning styles.
• Evaluate students; work according to learning standards.
• Set up guidelines for assessments both internal and external
• Identify the learning gap and tweak the required training content
• Mentor and coach students for their internship and placement preparation process
• Work directly with internal subject matter experts and external consultants for relevant content needs to meet functional and behavioral Training requirements of the teams. Assume overall responsibility for coordination, tracking and documentation of functional and behavioral training, working with functional training leads as appropriate.
• Ensure Organization is always ready for any process audits and checks.

• Ability to grasp the domain requirement and customize training practices.
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills and significant experience presenting to audiences of all sizes/levels
• Facilitation, Trainer and presentation skills, Strong work ethics, self-sufficient & highly organized
• Researches, writes, organize and present a variety of training sessions (i.e. Team Building & Train the Trainer).
• Ability to work independently but guided by documented procedures, with appropriate support.
