Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Pf Sense, Linux systems, Window systems, Desktops, and Laptops
- Assist users with day to day network and system problems
- Manage printers, scanners, projectors
- Provide basic software support to users
- Manage WiFi network switches, access points and computer lab machines
- Familiar with installations of Graphic design and multimedia software
- Inventory and documentation
- Installing and upgrading software, troubleshooting basic IT issues
